Process for accessing your student(s) Progress Reports and Report Cards: 

1. Log in to the Parent Portal 
2. Select the GRADES tab under My Home 
3. Select the correct school year 2019‐2020 if not showing as the default
4. Next to View, use the drop-down menu to select Progress Report Grades (The correct marking  period should show by default) 
5. If you wish to print the progress report, click on the Print icon. Select the Custom Progress Report in the drop-down menu and proceed to print from File. 
6. Please note: you will follow the same procedure to obtain a quarterly Report Card. Select Marking Period Grades.

Side Notes: Please read 

• Final Averages will be shown once you click on the Print icon and view the preview of the official Report Card.
• Weighted grades for specific courses do not show for Progress Reports. For Report Cards again, you must click on the Print icon to see the weighted grades.
