$5 per person or $15 for the family

Interested in a more ACTIVE role in Hoop Fest?  We are looking for Community & Staff members to join the teams, please complete the ---- REGISTRATION FORM ---- to submit your information.

NEW this year - Order a 2nd Annual Hoop Fest T-shirt ($10) to support the event and cheer on the teams!  Order forms are attached for you to print and turn into Ms. Spiotta (lspiotta@alexandercsd.org) by Wednesday, January 31st.
