Help us welcome, Ciara Jentz - Alexander TIES Program Coordinator

Good Afternoon Trojans!

We are excited to introduce Ciara Jentz as our new Alexander CSD TIES Program Coordinator. TIES (Together Including Every Student) is a program of Starbridge and will complement our Special Education Department.

The TIES Program promotes the inclusion of students and young adults with developmental disabilities in extracurricular and community activities, supported by trained peer volunteers. If you'd like to learn more, feel free to visit the program’s website: www.starbridgeinc.org/ties.

Ms. Jentz will be visiting the buildings to hang posters and educate us on opportunities for student recruitment as TIES Peer Volunteers in grades 8-12.  More information about becoming a TIES Peer Volunteer will be shared out to students and parents in those grade levels to determine interest and build our Peer Volunteer team.
