Alexander Central School will reach out as volunteer opportunities become available. This form must be completed, returned to the building principal, and approved by the Superintendent prior to starting a consistent volunteer position or chaperoning an overnight trip.

Your application cannot be processed until at least two references have completed and submitted this form.
