Minecraft for Education

Chromebook Instructions

Step 1:  After logging into your school-provided Chromebook open the app launcher in the bottom left corner of your screen.  then Click on the up arrow to expand the app launcher.

Step 2:  Find and click on the "Play Store" Icon

Step 3:  Once the Play Store is open.  Click on the "Minecraft: Education Edition" icon and then click on the "Install" Button.

Step 4:  Once Minecraft is Installed you will now find it in your app launcher (Step 1)

Step 5:  When you open Minecraft: Education Edition for the first time it will ask you to log in.   Use your school email address as your login,  and the same password you use for Classlink.

If you have any issues getting Minecraft:Education Edition running on your school-provided Chromebook,  contact Mr. Perry by email to ask for support.

Home PC or Mac Instructions

To install on a home PC or Mac just download the version of Minecraft:Education Edition you need (Mac or PC) from the following Link:

Download Mac or PC Minecraft: Education Edition

Once installed just follow "Step 5" from the Chromebook instructions above to log in.
